Explore the magic that is
Spirit Weavers Gathering!

The Growth of
Spirit Weavers
The vision for Spirit Weavers comes through in the Summer of 2013, on the Wainiha River on the Island of Kauai. Mea holds the first gathering that November on her Family’s land in Southern California. The tickets for the gathering sell out within a day. There are 75 women total. The gathering was a life changing moment for all those who were there.
Spirit Weavers holds the 2nd gathering in Joshua Tree, CA. The attendee numbers are doubled to 250. The tickets sell out within hours. The word is getting out about the magic of the gathering.
The gathering is moved up to Camp Navarro in Mendocino CA to accommodate the growing numbers. SWG once again doubles the attendee numbers to 500. The tickets sell out within minutes.
SWG expands the attendee numbers once again and adds in a 2nd weekend allowing for the “Sun & Moon” sessions. Attendance grows to 600 per weekend (1200 total) & the gathering sells out within minutes. The website crashes due to such a high demand to secure a ticket.
Spirit Weavers searches for land of their own and purchases 100 acres in Southern Oregon which they name Cedar Bloom. The land holds a mile of the Illinois river that runs along the land. They grow the gathering to 800 Attendees per session (1600 total, which feels like the magic number moving forward) and the gathering once again sells out within minutes.
Spirit Weavers builds the land out to accommodate the gathering and all of the women. Cabins, bath houses and a sauna are added to the land. They open the land to the public for the first time in 60 years. They join Hipcamp creating a retreat space and campground so that all can enjoy Cedar Bloom. The gathering once again sells out within minutes.
One of the most successful gatherings to date. The land is built up and established, the community is thriving! Tickets sell out within minutes for the 7th consecutive year in a row.
Spirit Weavers hosts 4 intimate gatherings with 200 people each on the land during the entire month of June.
Spirit Weavers returned at full capacity and opened the gathering up to larger sponsors for the first time ever. Spirit Weavers once again sold out within minutes of ticket sales.
Spirit Weavers looks forward to our 10th year anniversary, which is completely sold out. We have special performances and surprises in store for our big anniversary coming up in June!
The Spirit Weavers Community came together for the 11th time, in celebration and culmination. With a decade of gathering experience, it was shared that the 2024 event was the smoothest and most streamlined event yet. Hundreds shared their hearts and hands under the stars, joined by special live music performers and new and returning community, collaborators, and sponsorship partners.
