Audience
Women come from all over the world to both attend, facilitate, share, and receive. Elders in the 70’s all the way to newborn babies just months old attend the gathering. Our most common age range is between 20-40 years old.
Participation is open to all who wish to embrace the feminine heart. This includes any and all women, womxn, femme, non-binary, cis, trans, or female identifying beings regardless of their race, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, economic circumstance, physical appearance, or body size. Spirit Weavers is committed to continuously working to provide an inclusive environment for all of our community members.
Past gatherings have included those from all walks of life travelling from Australia, Indonesia, Spain, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Chile, Canada, Singapore, Kenya, South Korea, Japan, China, Israel, United Arab Emirates, UK, Netherlands, and Latvia to celebrate the feminine and share their gifts.

Now Spirit Weavers is looking for opportunities to grow alongside partners who want to take our grassroots movement to the next level. This is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your company to our incredible audience of women from all around the world! We are looking for brands who want to grow with our community over time and work together to create shared opportunities to thrive. Spirit Weavers is the kind of work that is truly important in the world. There is so much integrity, kindness, acceptance, and safety within the SW Container. Each gathering I have felt seen for exactly who I am, supported in my uniqueness, and celebrated as a queer woman of color. The organizers of Spirit Weavers go above and beyond to offer healing around topics such as Social Justice, Ecological practices and actually walk the walk when it comes to being committed to such important causes. I return year after year because this gathering has healed me and forever changed my soul. It is a time and place for me to rest and renew. The new land is absolutely stunning and I can't wait to swim in that river again! Thank you Spirit Weavers! You are a gift to and through these times.

I went into the Gathering with an open heart and no expectations. I was completely broken open and filled with love. I faced many fears in order to answer the call and attend the Gathering. Something ancient within me knew I had to be there. And, once there I found what my soul was longing for : home …These words are just skimming the surface of what I find so difficult to articulate.

Spirit Weavers was a leap of faith that both scared and excited me from the moment I found out it existed. I knew that I needed to reconnect to the divine feminine, and to heal from many years of trauma. This gathering reconnected me to art, nature and introduced me to self care that I never knew existed. Year two for me changed the entire course of my life, as I finally had the courage to leave a career that was no longer serving me well, and to have faith that I could truly have a happy, healthy and prosperous life. And I am doing just that. The support from the women I met, the inspiration of being in the presence of so many amazing people, it all changed me forever. I will return every year I can, and I am forever grateful that a gathering like this exists.

If you feel called to be a sponsor, or donate a gift or items from your company, please reach out to sponsorship@spiritweaversgathering.com. We will follow up with you within 1 week, providing a custom package for your brand. Our Director of Partners & Sponsorship, Jacqueline Berger, will guide you through the onboarding process which includes getting your logo files and providing a partnership activation calendar.

We connect with every potential partner before providing them a custom package, to ensure that our partnership is specifically catered to meet your current needs. Objectives for our partners usually include facilitating brand awareness, creating content, or generating leads. Please note that we cannot specifically guarantee purchases or conversions.
After the event is over, you’ll receive a recap PDF showing how you and Spirit Weavers collaborated for the 2024 event, including the estimated amount of impressions your brand received overall. We use general data collected online and throughout the event to fine-tune future partnerships, but we don’t sell any of our community’s personal data.

Spirit Weavers’ sponsorship program is a key part of our community. Our partners offer funds, products & donations which help tremendously in ensuring gathering staff and instructors are paid a living wage, branded pop-up experiences can be developed ethically and sustainably, and land facilities can be upkept for generations to come.
It is also through communal offerings that we are able to open up scholarship possibilities to women in need of assistance. Throughout the gathering we hold raffles that include handmade items, services, free entries to the gathering and so much more. All proceeds go to the following years scholarship program. Each year we offer 15-18 scholarships for Women of Color, Mothers, DisABLED Beings, and Elders. Spirit Weavers Gathering recognizes the importance of Solidarity and Allyship work. A variety of scholarships is just one of the many ways we continue to open the space for all walks of life.
Future goals for Cedar Bloom will be to put the land into a Conservation Easement so that the land can never be developed and will stay pristine for the future generations to come. We are also working on creating a BIPOC Sanctuary on the land so that BIPOC folks can come and stay in one of our Accommodations built by Kapwa out of Portland, allowing rest and nourishment without having to ever pay.
